The following information on Enbridge’s SCO rate is only applicable to eligible RESIDENTIAL customers and NONRESIDENTAL customers with annual usage up to 200 MCF as determined by Enbridge.  Enbridge’s NONRESIDENTIAL customers with usage greater than 500 MCF are not eligible for the SCO rate.

The SCO rate is a regulated rate charged by participating suppliers assigned to residential customers and nonresidential customers with annual usage up to 200 Mcf who have not selected a competitive supplier themselves. Nonresidential customers with annual usage greater than 200 Mcf and up to 500 Mcf may elect the SCO rate by contacting Enbridge to request this rate. The SCO auction produced four winning bidders to service the SCO as of April 13, 2026: AEP Energy, Inc, Direct Energy Services, LLC, Snyder Brothers Energy Marketing, and Southstar Energy Services (dba Ohio Natural Gas).  After the April selection, new SCO customers may receive their natural gas from one of many suppliers registered with Enbridge to provide SCO service at the same auction price.

The MRR commodity service rate, effective April 13, 2026, will be $7.595 per MCF. Customers on a MRR rate purchase their natural gas from a designated MRR retail supplier at or below the listed rate.

The monthly retail rate (MRR) will be applied to nonresidential customers eligible to receive service under the ECTS-NR or LVECTS rate schedules and whose annual usage is greater than 200 Mcf and less than or equal to 500 Mcf, after having received standard service offer (SSO) service for up to two consecutive billing periods, unless the customer enrolls with another supplier or requests to be placed on the SCO.

For those nonresidential customers whose annual usage is greater than 500 Mcf, the MRR will be applied to customers who do not select another option for which they are eligible, after having received SSO service for up to two consecutive billing periods.
